One of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP governorship aspirants in Ondo State, Prince Godday Tony Erewa says he is contesting for the seat of Governor to make a difference.
Prince Erewa made this known while speaking with journalists in Abuja after obtaining his nomination form at the National secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party Wadata House in Abuja.
Erewa opined that he came to pick the form to show that he is serious, focused and determined for the race ahead.
Being the first among other contestants to do so, he said he would soon tour all the eighteen local governments areas in the state to intimate the party leaders, Local government executives, delegates and party members with his Vision and aspiration.
The PDP stalwart said his government would be all encompassing by ensuring that all stakeholders were carried along in the scheme of things.
Erewa who is optimistic of clinching the party’s governorship ticket promised to create five thousand jobs during his one hundred days in office.
The PDP governorship Aspirant explained that this was achievable as he currently had over two thousand workers in all his establishments.
Prince Erewa added that his administration would upgrade the Akure airport to an international status to open up Ondo state for a more robust economy through the involvement of foreign Investors.
The event was witnessed by some PDP leaders both at states and local government chairmen levels.
