Ondo state has experienced another spike in cases of coronavirus with the confirmation of thirty two new cases by the Nigeria Centre for Disease control, NCDC.
The sunshine state now has two hundred and seventy six cases.
The NCDC in its daily COVID-19 update confirmed five hundred and sixty six new cases in twenty states including Ondo and listed Lagos as the first on the table with one hundred and sixty six cases, Oyo recorded sixty six, Ogun, twenty five while Osun is having eight.
Other states with new infections are, Delta-53, Ebonyi-43, Plateau-34, FCT-26, Edo-24, Imo-15, Bayelsa-13, Benue-12, Gombe-11, Kano-11, Kaduna-11, Nasarawa-7, Borno-5, Katsina-2, Anambra-2
With the latest figure, the total number of COVID-19 cases in Nigeria is twenty five thousand, one hundred and thirty three.
The centre also indicated that recoveries have climbed to nine thousand four hundred and two while death toll is five hundred and seventy three.
