The Family of Popular Akure business woman, Chief Mrs Ruth Olowookere popularly known as “madam do good” has said the iyaloja general of Ondo state did not die of covid19.

They made this known in a statement signed by a close relative, Mr Kunle Ajibogun.

This is to inform the good people of Ondo State and Nigerian in general that we have lost a rare gem, the Iyaloja-General of Ondo state, Chief Mrs Ruth Olowookere aka (Madam Do Good).

Madam Do Good, died today 26th July, 2020 (Sunday) at the aged of 70yrs old after a brief illness.

However, her death is not in anyway connected with the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a statement made available on Sunday by Mr. Kunle Ajibogun, on behalf of the family said, “Our family is deeply saddened to inform you of the call to eternal home of our beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, Chief Mrs. Ruth Olowookere.

May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace. (Amen).
