A political group within Ondo PDP , ’Opomulero ‘ has described the party’s candidate , Mr Eyitayo Jegede as the most Preferred having sound ideas that will transform the state .
The Director of the group, Mr Olasupo Olakunori stated this while leading a ten thousand man walk to Eyitayo Jegede campaign office in Akure.
The walk was in solidarity with the PDP demanding a change of governance during the 2020 Guber poll.
Mr Olasupo Olakunori said the group members from the eighteen council areas of the state showed selfless support by trekking from Opomulero office to the PDP secretariat and terminating at Eyitayo campaign office in Akure the state capital
While appreciating the delegates and PDP members for voting Jegede , Mr Olakunori noted that the present APC administration had brought hardship on the people such as poor healthcare and high tuition in schools hence the desire for a change.
Two members of OPOMULERO GROUP from Okitipupa and Ikare Mrs Janet Akinfenwa and Mrs Olubunmi Sanusi expressed the support of women in all the three senatorial districts to Eyitayo Jegede mission to rescue the state from bad governance come October 10 Election.
