Authorities of Public and Private Schools In Ondo State have been charged to strictly comply with the precautionary measures against Covid 19 as Final year students resumes tomorrow (Monday ).
A Release from the Chairman of inter Ministerial Committee on Covid19 In Ondo State professor Adesegun Fatusi said all heads of Schools must ensure that they strictly follow the public health measures against COVID-19.
Among others, no school official, staff, student or any other person without a facemask should be allowed into the school compound adding that Masks must be worn properly and throughout all school activities.
Prof Fatusi enjoined All parents, teachers, students and school-related personnel to also remember that they are required to wear masks at all times whenever they are in the public and outside the school premises.
He added that Schools must avoid activities that can lead to crowding such as the assemblies and observe adequate social distancing in classrooms and other school facilities.
Prof. Fatusi said further that Handwashing facilities must be provided to enable all staff and students observe hand and respiratory hygiene.
According to him Enforcement teams shall be deployed to monitor compliance.
Prof Fatusi however wish all our students success in their preparations and the examinations.
