People of Ilara Mokin in Ifedore local government area of Ondo state defied the heavy rain this morning to exercise their franchise in today’s governorship election.
When a team of radio Nigeria visited the ancient town, Voters were seen using umbrella, rain coat to protect themselves against the rain.
Deputy Governorship Candidate of the Zenith labour party ZLP, Engineer Gboye Adegbenro was also spotted casting his vote at his unit in Ilara Mokin.
Also it was observed that the people generally did not observe physical distancing and shunned the use of nose mask in all the units visited.
