A middle age man, Kamoru Smaila has been arrested for allegedly raping a ten year old girl in Akure, the Ondo state capital.
When Positive Fm got to the scene of the incident around danjuma area on Sunday irate youths were already lynching the suspect before officials of the Nigeria Security and civil defense corps ,NSCDC whisked him away.
Eyewitness Told Positive Fm That The Suspect Took The Girl To An Uncompleted Building To Perpetrate The Evil Act.
The Witness Who Is A Neighbour Said She Decided To Come Out Of Her Room When She Observed That She Did Not Hear The Kid-Playing At The Back Yard of Their House.
In An Interview, The Girl Said The Suspect Was Chasing Her Around And Forcefully Raped Her While He Covered Here Mouth When She Was Trying To Shout.
The Suspect Claimed That He Had No Intention of Raping The Glrl But Could Not Understand How He Released Sperm On The Victim.
When Contacted, The Public Relations Office Of The NSCDC, Mr Ayodele Olufemi Said He Had Not Been Briefed Adding That He Would Get In Touch As Soon As He Had Been Briefed.
