A student of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State has been killed by an unknown gang .
The student whose identity is yet to be ascertained was killed outside the institution campus

He was macheted to death as the Student Union Government election of the school was going on
The reason for his murder is still unknown as at the time of filing this report.
It was gathered that the incident may not be unconnected with the SUG election
