HE EXPLAINED THAT OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS, MORE DOSES OF THE VACCINE WOULD ALSO ARRIVE TO COVER TWENTY PERCENT OF NIGERIA POPULATION.

MR HAWKINS WHO POINTED OUT THAT THE PANDEMIC WOULD CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS ENCOURAGED GOVERNMENT TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE DISTRIBUTION OF THE VACCINE TO CONTAIN THE PANDEMIC

RESPONDING, GOVERNOR AKEREDOLU WHO COMMENTED UNICEF FOR ITS HITHERTO SUPPORTS TOWARDS ONDO STATE HOWEVER DECRIED DELAY IN THE PURCHASE OF COVID-19 VACCINE FOR THE NIGERIAN POPULACE

GOVERNOR AKEREDOLU ALSO URGED UNICEF TO ASSIST THE STATE IN THE AREA OF OPEN DEFECATION, PROVISION OF WATER SUPPLY AND OTHER HEALTH RELATED FACILITIES.
