Northwest governors are currently holding town hall meeting in Kaduna with head of Security agencies as well as National Security Adviser.
The meeting is expected to discuss the threats of kidnapping, terrorism, banditry, armed robbery and other security challenges bedevilling the region with a view to finding solutions to the problems.
The office the National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Manguno rtd organized the meeting with the governors, traditional rulers, Non – Governmental organizations, youth and women groups among other participants
Governors of Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto, Zamfara, Jigawa, Kebbi and Katsina are attending the meeting.
The Emir Of Zazzau, Alhaji Ahmad Nuhu Bamali, Islamic Cleric, Dr Ahmad Gumi and other personalities are also attending the meeting.
