Administering the oaths of office and oath of allegiance on the new Chief of Staff, Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu hinged his reappointment on perseverance and decency.

Governor Akeredolu who described Chief Ale as a trustworthy, loyal and a dedicated man however encouraged him to reciprocate his reappointment by casting aside all tendencies towards distraction

Governor Akeredolu encouraged the reappointed chief of staff to get more committed to achieving more levels of success for the people of Ondo State in the second term in office.

Appreciating Governor Akeredolu for the opportunity, Chief Ale pledged to remain dedicated and committed more than before to move the state forward

Chief Ale, who retired as a permanent secretary from the state civil service in 2013 was also the Chief of Staff to Governor Akeredolu in his first term in office.
