Following a disturbance in Jangebe community of Zamfara state,during a process of reuniting the rescued students, the state government has imposed dusk-to-dawn curfew on the town.

The government has also closed all markets in Jangebe town .

In a statement signed by the state commissioner of Information, Alh. Sulaiman Tunau Anka, the state Police Command has been directed to ensure compliance.

According to the statement, the imposition of the curfew was sequel to an unfortunate civil disobedient by the people of Jangebe after the return of the released Jangebe School children.

It added that, the state government has discovered evidence of Market that aid and abet bandits’ activities in the town and neighboring communities, hence the suspension of all market activities in the town until further notice.

Report says many government vehicles on the Entourage were vandalized during the incident.
