The Director General of World Trade Organization, Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala has promised to ensure Nigeria receive the needed COVID-19 Vaccines and other medical products without restriction.
She gave this assurance when her delegation visited the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha in Abuja.
Dr Okonjo Iweala said the World Trade Organization under her leadership would work towards ensuring Nigeria receive its share of the Vaccines without delay.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha noted the Coronavirus provided the opportunity for the country to develop the health sector.
Mr Boss Mustapha congratulated Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala on elevated position as the Director General of the global trade organisation.
