The family of five kidnapped along Ajowa-Ayere kabba road by some unknown gunmen has regained freedom.

The Victims, Mr Olisa Ibrahim, His wife and their 3 children were returning to their base in Abuja from their home town, Ajowa Akoko after the Easter break when the gunmen abducted them, demanding 10million naira ransom.

They all returned to Ajowa Akoko after regaining their freedom.

When Positive fm Visited the town, Residents were seen trooping to their house to celebrate with them for returning from the kidnappers’ den hale and hearty.

It was however gathered that a certain amount was paid as ransom before the victims were freed but police could not confirm this.

Recounting their experiences,  the victims said that the abductors also requested for cooked delicious food, wine, suya among other edibles as part of conditions for their release.

An Ifira Akoko born Lagos based Pastor, Fredrick Aramuwa was not lucky as he was killed in captivity despite alleged  payment of 2million naira by his family to his abductors last week.
