The Alumni Association of Comprehensive High School, CHS, Ilutitun, Okitipupa local government area of Ondo state has donated one hundred and twenty chairs and lockers to the school to fast track learning process.
The lockers and chairs were handed over to the school authorities by representatives of the Alumni Associatiation during an event at the school premises in Ilutitun.
While making the presentation, President of CHS Alumni association, Chief Dele Ikunika charged the parents to always provide educational materials for their children.
He admonished the students that without good education it would be difficult for anyone to attain position of power.
Chief Ikunika also encouraged the school’s teachers to always put in their best for the students irrespective of their poor working condition.
Earlier, the school Principal Mr Taye Akinkoye who commended the Alumni members towards giving their best to the school infrastructural drive hinted that the school still maintained the best result both in West African examination council WAEC and national examination council, NECO.
Addressing people at the occasion, representative of Parent, Teachers Association, PTA, Mrs faraji Ige who applauded the Alumni members urged every parents to always live up to their responsibility on their children.
Other Members of the Alumni Association that graced the occasion included the general secretary, Dr Funmi Fakuyi, Chief Segun Netufo, mrs Kemi Akinboyo, Shola Oguntoye of Positive fm akure, parents and guardians
