The Ondo state security Network Agency, codenamed Amotekun Corps has arrested a 52-year-old man, Ibrahim Musa, his two underaged children and his 49 cows.

They were arrested for flouting government’s directive on open grazing in the state which went against its call for a modern system of animal husbandry,

They were also alleged of harassing a septuagenarian in Kajola area of Akure South Local Government area of Ondo state.

It was gathered that the underaged children; Audu Ibrahim and Musa Ibrahim who were six year-old twins, threatened one 70 year-old, Mrs Victoria Ajayi who is sick in her home with a cutlass.

Narrating her experience, the septuagenarian said she was in her house, when her grandson living with her called that cows had invaded her farm and the herders threatened to kill her with cutlass.

Also Speaking, the 52-years old Alhaji Ibrahim Musa, the herder from Kastina state who regretted his action, said it was a mistake.

Confirming the arrest, the State Corps Commander of Amotekun, Chief Adetunji Adeleye said the agency would enforce the anti-open grazing law to curb indiscriminate cattle rearing.
