The Ekiti State University Alumni Association has donated 5 Laptops to the institution.

Presenting the laptops to the School authority through the Management led by the Vice Chancellor, Prof Edward Olanipekun, the Global President of the Alumni Association, Engr Dipo Bamisaye said the move was aimed at easing the process of transcript process in the institution.

Engr Bamisaye who lamented the hardship being faced by alma maters in the approach to obtaining transcripts urged the processing unit to make judicious use of the computers in the interest of beneficiaries.

“The Alumni Association received series of complaints almost everyday on the difficulties being encountered by alma maters hence the need to support the institution with the laptops”

“We hope it will reduce the stress and add value to the procedure being used at processing the transcript in the interest of our members”

The Alumni Global President commended the efforts of other eminent members who have taken steps to assist the transcript processing unit of the institution.

Engr Bamisaye appealed to concerned alumni members to expect timely change in the transcript process.

Responding to the gesture, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Edward Olanipekun commended the Alumni Association for the support rendered to the transcript processing unit of the institution.

Prof Olanipekun however called for patience with the Management as efforts were being intensified at ensuring hitch free process of obtaining transcript from the institution of higher learning.

The presentation of the laptops was witnessed by Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic, Prof. P. O. Tedela, an Alumnus, the Registrar, Mr Ife Oluwole, Alumni Association National Secretary, Pst. Isaac Akinleye and the Immediate Past National President and Ex-Officio, Dr Oludotun Adetunberu.
