A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ondo State and an aspirant into the vacant seat of Akure South and North federal house of representative, Barrister Olumuyiwa Lucky Adu has felicitated the people of Ondo State during this festive period.
Barr. Adu urged all his constituents, particularly Christians, to spread love to their neighbours and remember the less privileged as they celebrate both Christmas and new year.
While speaking with Positive fm at his residence in Akure, the house of representative hopeful said Jesus Christ was an embodiment of sacrificial love hence the need for people to give such gesture to the poor.
He urged Nigerians to be law abiding during the festive period and ensure that they adhere to COVID-19 protocols at worship centers and other public places.
He said he showed interest in vying for a seat at the house of representatives in order to channel better course for his constituency and to alleviate the suffering of his people.
Barr Adu stated that if given the opportunity to serve, he would not let the electorate down and also ensure that they are involved in his decision making process.
Gift items and cash donations were shared among hundreds of people that came to pay him Christmas visit.
