A Former Nigerian Ambassador to Uganda and former Ondo State Deputy Governor, Otunba Omolade Oluwateru says Nigeria will be great again if the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP is given the opportunity to return to power in 2023.
Ambassador Oluwateru who expressed this optimism during an interaction with Positive fm in Akure described the PDP as a party with good intentions for Nigeria and Nigerians.
The political juggernaut and a member of Board of trustee, BOT of the Peoples Democratic Party said PDP is a well structured and organized party that is working assiduously to come back to power in 2023
The PDP Stalwart noted that if the party takes over power again, issues of insecurity, economic instability and unemployment would be properly addressed thereby making life more bearable for Nigerians.
On the issue of Financial Autonomy for local government, Ambassador Oluwateru who was once the chairman of Akure South local council area on Ondo state appealed to governors to grant such request to enable the third tier of government perform its responsibilities to the people more effectively.
Speaking about life as he turns 75 on Saturday, 8th of January, 2022, The former Ondo Deputy Governor said he has enjoyed God’s uncommon grace and favour in all ways.
Otunba Oluwateru thanked God for sparing his life to witness another birthday in good health promising to continue to serve both God and humanity.
