A former Governor of Oyo state, Otunba Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala is dead.
He was aged 71.
Details of his demise was sketchy as at the time of this report but positive fm gathered that the Ogbomosho born-politician died in the early hours of Wednesday.
He reportedly died exactly one month after the passing away of Soun of Ogbomosoland, Oba Oyewumi
Otunba Akala was also a deputy to Former governor Rasheed Ladoja.
Born on June 3, 1950, at Ogbomoso in the Ogbomoso North Local Government Area of Oyo State, Alao-Akala had his elementary school at Osupa Baptist Day School, Ogbomoso before proceeding to Kamina Barracks Middle School, 5th Battalion of Infantry in Tamale, Ghana.
