The Kano State Government says it has revoked licenses of all Private schools operating in the State.
The Commissioner for Education Alhaji Mohammad Sanusi Kiru stated this While briefing journalists in his Office.
He said following the unfortunate incidence that occurred in kano where a proprietor kidnapped and killed a five pupil of his School was very touching saying that government Would not Allowed such incident to Occured Again.
Alhaji Mohammad Sanusi Kiru explained that the issue of Rape was becoming so Rampant in private Schools in the State, as such serious measures were needed to be taken in ensuring that all private schools operating in the State were thoroughly Screened.
The Commissioner maintained that a committee would be set by the government to Screen all private Schools, stressing that any school that does not pass the revalidation exercise would be Closed.
He condoled the immediate family of late Hanifa and the entire people of Kano State over the Sad incident that leads to Her Death.
