It was with great delight and pageantry when the state executives of Radio, Television, Theatre and Art Workers Union RATTAWU together with the chairmen and secretaries of chapters of the Union gathered together to felicitate in appreciating God the giver of life and to celebrate Comrade Sunday Adeleye for winning his election to become national president of Nigeria Civil Service Union (NCSU)
The event which took place at the Ondo State Rattawu State secretariat behind Adegbemile cultural centre saw dignitaries from different Unions.
In his welcome remark, Rattawu State Chairman Comrade Olorunfemi Kayode appreciated all comrades in attendance for their support and struggles in uplifting the union also emphasised on love and open communication between sister unions which is a tool to overcome challenges bedevilling the Union.
Comrade Olorunfemi commended the newly elected national president of Nigeria Civil Service Union Comrade Oluwole Adeleye Sunday for his leadership style and commitment towards the advancement of the Union.
In his response Comrade Oluwole Adeleye Sunday thanked the leadership of Ondo State Rattawu in working hand in glove to the growth of Union; he encouraged the executives to be steadfast in their responsibility.
On the state of the nation, Comrade Oluwole Adeleye Sunday said that the only thing that can save the country is the prayer of the saint but till now he cannot pinpoint a saint because of the level of corruption and value decadence in all spheres of life.

The State Chairman of the Nigeria Civil Service Union Comrade Olapade Ademola Adeniji appreciated the Ondo State Rattawu Executives for the show of love. he said this gesture shows that the Union is one, he further reiterate that the cooperation of other Unions will break every barrier of disunity and divide and rule syndrome
