The Ondo state security network also known as Amotekun corps has arrested twenty three suspects for crimes ranging from kidnapping, armed robbery internet frauds and rape.

Parading the suspects before newsmen in Akure,the Amotekun corps commander, Chief Adetunji Adeleye the number was out 75 suspects arrested in recent time.

Chief Adeleye said one of the suspected kidnappers, Hammadu Sidi was macheted by his colleagues with an attempt to kill him before his men rescued him and was admitted at an intensive care of a hospital.

The Amotekun corps commander said the suspected internet fraudsters were arrested for defrauding unsuspecting Nigerians under the pretence of helping them to travel out of the country.

Chief Adeleye noted that the suspected internet fraudsters had also trafficked over one hundred Nigerians to cotonou in Benin republic and housed them instead of giving them the company Job as promised.

He added that the suspects would be prosecuted while those at large would be fished out by the Amotekun corps.
