The Management of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Positive FM has resolved to collaborate with the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA Akure to boost the operations of the two broadcast outfits for excellent performance.
The new general manager, positive FM,Mrs Olubunmi Olalere stated this when she led other management staff on a courtesy visit to the management of NTA Akure.
Mrs Olalere expressed satisfaction with the peaceful coexistence between the two federal government organisations and called for the sustenance of such mutual relationship.
She said the courtesy visit was to familiarize with the management of NTA and to officially introduce herself as the new GM of positive FM Akure.
In a remark, the General Manager, NTA Akure, Mrs Olubunmi Oke welcomed Mrs Olalere to Akure promising a better working relationship.
Mrs Oke however urged the state government to support the two media stations to perform optimally.

Radio Nigeria has again been urged not to derail from the path of professionalism for which it has been known since its establishment.
The chairman, Radio Nigeria Positive fm Fans club popularly called “radio family”, Reverend John Olowo stated this when he led executive members of the fans club on a courtesy visit to the new General Manager of the station, Mrs Olubunmi Olalere.
Reverend Olowo said Positive fm Akure had endeared itself to people with unbiased news and quality programmes which had impacted positively on the society.
The radio family coordinator, Mr Olu bright had earlier said the exco members were at the station to pledge their support to the new general, urging her to builld on the success of the broadcast outfit.
Responding, Positive fm general manager, Mrs Olubunmi Olalere who appreciated members of the radio family for their loyalty and commitment always promised that the station would continue to serve the society without bias.
Mrs Olalere sought the support of the fans club for the station’s forthcoming 20th anniversary for a successful outing.
Special prayers were offered for the station and the Radio Nigeria family during the visit.
