Ondo State House of Assembly has confirmed the appointment of Akinkuolie Ayodeji as a member of the Ondo State Judicial Service Commission.
The confirmation was sequel to a report of the selection committee, presented at the floor of the house at plenary.
The lawmakers who resumed after the 8 weeks recess, wasted no time to get back to business.
Presenting the report, the vice chairman of the selection committee, Samuel Adereboye said Akinkuolie Ayodeji was carefully scruntinised and found qualified for the job.
The Speaker, Bamidele Oleyelogun upon the unanimous decision of the house ruled the confirmation of his appointment.
While appreciating the lawmakers for their work last year, Mr. Oleyelogun recalled that the house recorded a huge sucess in its activities particularly, in the number of bills passed and encourged them to do more this year.
Responding, The appointee, Akinkuolie Ayodeji who appreciated the lawmakers for doing their job with sincerity, promised to work for the progress of the judicial system.
He also thanked Governor Akeredolu for the confidence reposed in him and assured to contribute his quota to the continued development of the state.
