As part of efforts to achieve a more effective environmental compliance monitoring and get realtime feedbacks , Ondo State Environmental Protection Agency O’SEPA has established dedicated telephone lines and also created official social media handles on Facebook Twitter and Instagram.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Environment , Mr Oyeniyi Oseni announced this in Akure.
According to Mr Oseni , the move is one of the emerging best practices in the world to ensure the public buy into green environment policy of the State Government.

Mr Oseni then appealed to members of tbe public to take maximum advantage of OSEPA’s dedicated telephone numbers and official social media handles on the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to reach to out to the agency any time they noticed any form of environmental pollution be it noise, air, water, land and effluents discharge.
He also gave an assurance that the agency’s compliance and enforcement team will act with despatch.
