The commemoration of the death and resurrection of Jesus christ is a period for Christians to reflect on their relationship with the Almighty God and make their ways right.
The Onibuji of Ibuji in Ifedore local government area of Ondo state, Oba Folagbade Ojo in his goodwill message to Christians on the occasion of this year’s celebration.
Oba Ojo noted that God made a huge sacrifice by allowing his only begotten son to die for the sins of humanity thus putting anyone that believes in him on the path of redemption.
The monarch advised all faithful to embrace the lessons of Easter and promote unity in their various communities
Oba Ojo said”As we celebrate the triumph of Christ, let us embrace all the lessons of Easter, never losing faith in the will of Almighty God, and the triumph of good over evil. Oba Ojo urged Nigerians to pray for for peace across the land while also calling on government at all levels to take the issue of security more seriously with the hope that the nation shall return to the path of greatness soon.
