The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Akure South Local Government felicitates PDP Candidate in the last Ondo Governorship election, a notable figure and prominent member of our great party, our own legal luminary, Mr Eyitayo Jegede, SAN on the occasion of his birthday.
The party joins his family, friends, well-wishers and political associates across the globe to congratulate and also appreciates God for His immeasurable blessings, protection, provision and gift of peaceful life over him and entire household.
The party in a congratulatory message made available through the secretary, further described the celebrant as a rare gift and indescribable asset not only to us in Akure and its environs but Ondo state and Nigeria at large.
The party noted that, Mr Eyitayo Jegede SAN is unequivocally one of our outstanding, forthright, steadfast and courageous political leaders who have made significant and uncommon contributions towards the unity, growth and progress of our party both at the State and National level.
A beacon of hope and household name in Ondo politics, Mr Eyitayo Jegede SAN whose advent into politics has indeed change the narratives from what it’s used to be and encouraged the young ones who have excelled in their separate fields of endeavours to fully get involved and participate in political activities for a better and prosperous society.
Our party PDP, is extremely elated by the quality of his outstanding personality which has distinctly distinguished him from others. His recent nomination as the head of the PDP Reconciliation Committee to Osun and Lagos respectively is a clear testimony of the stuff he’s made of and character he possessed.
A shining star, legal giant, agent of equity, fair play and peace. A former Attorney General & Commissioner of Justice, Ondo State, PDP Gubernatorial Candidate in 2016, 2020 respectively and ever since, he has remained steadfast, committed and dutifully alive to issues of importance of whatever nature.
As one of the major pillars of our party, it is never an understatement neither a misplaced priority for us as a party to at this point commend his selfless and unrelenting efforts and spirit towards ensuring an enduring peace, unity and harmony in our party; even as we focus and concentrate our strength on collective agenda of rescuing our dear state and Nigeria from the reigns terrors.
