Ondo state governor, Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has applauded the state accountants forum for rendering prudent service in managing the state resources despite dwindling economy .
Governor Akeredolu gave the commendation when he received members of the Ondo state accountants forum in his office in Akure.
He said no establishment could survive without the input of financial experts and charged them to be more transparent in their work.
In an address , the state accountant general, Mrs Toyin Oni requested the establishment of directorate of finance and accounts saying it was long overdue
The President of Ondo state accountant forum Ayo Ojo commended the governor for his infrastructure development and security programmes with a pledge of unwavering support of the accountants in the state civil service.
