PDP Presidential aspirant and the governor of Bauchi state, senator Bala Muhammed has promised to tackle insecurity if elected as president in 2023.
Senator Mohammed gave the promise when he met with PDP leaders and delegates at the party’s secretariat in Akure.
The Bauchi Governor said issue of insecurity bedeviling Nigeria had negatively affected the socioeconomic growth of the people.

Senator Mohammed also gave an assurance that if elected he would attend to the issue of restructuring which he noted was needed to harness the potentials of all regions devoid of ethnicity.
Earlier, Ondo state PDP chairman Mr Fatai Adams and a former governorship candidate , Mr Eyitayo Jegede appreciated senator Bala Mohammed saying Ondo state PDP would support anyone who emerges as the standard bearer.
Party faithful who graced the ceremony included former deputy governor, ambassador Omolade Oluwateru,former speaker , house of assembly Princess Jumoke Akindele, senator Ayo Akinyelure.
