The Cocoa conference hall of the Ondo state governor’s office was turned to a worship center of sort as politicians, family members of the newly appointed minister of state for transport prince Ademola Adegotoye and his wife paid an appreciation visit to governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.
Dressed in various gorgeous attires, members of the all progressives congress APC ,the state governor and minister took turn to render melodious songs of praise to God for the appointment of Prince Adegoroye.
Addressing the crowd, the minster for state transport prince Ademola Adegoroye thank God for the appointment and Governor Akeredolu for his nomination,support, encouragement in his political journey.
Prince Adegoroye promised not to disappoint the trust bestowed on him and further noted that he will use his position to improve the lives of the people of the country and state.
Reacting Governor Akeredolu ascribed all glory to God and challenged Prince Adegoroye to rearrange his political affiliation with the people for future political engagement.
Governor Akeredolu while speaking ahead of the next governorship election in the state,said it is time for an Akure born politicians to become the governor of the state for numerous positive reasons and called on the people to unite and support thier own.
However, Governor Akeredolu who dropped a bombshell said it would be fair to rotate the governor seat to the southern part of the state after his present tenure and after that an Akure indegine can now take over the mantle of leadership.
