As politicking for the 2023 general elections gets underway , a group, Peter Obi Support Network POSN Ondo State Chapter has vowed to win the state for labour party presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi come next year.
Members of the group made this committment during the inauguration of executive members of the group in Akure.
The state Coordinator of the group Mr Francis Cyprian said the group was made up of Nigerians from different walks of life with passion and patriotic spirit to see Nigeria transform for better.
He pledged they would reach down to every grassroots with the mandate to to drum support for Mr Peter Obi.
Also speaking, Akure South local government labour party woman leader , Mrs Victoria Peter explained that the party would collaborate with POSN because they share common ideology of emancipation for the people to check poverty ,brain drain, insecurity which has negatively affected the citizens.
Earlier chairman of labour party in the Ondo state Mrs Remilekun Ojo represented by the youth leader Mr Samuel Taiwo said labour party was not new in Ondo state thus ready now to win the state back to labour party.
