Ahead of the visit of the general superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry to Ondo State for the Global Crusade With Kumuyi, Youths stormed Akure the state capital and Ondo City in a one million march on Saturday.
The march organised by the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria PFN and Deeper Life Youth wing was to sensitize the residents on the coming global crusade.
In attendance were the youth representatives from the national headquarters of the Deeper Life including the National Youth Coordinator of the School outreach , Dr Peter Elias, National Leader, Young Professionals’ Forum , Daniel Bamigbayan, the National Coordinator, Deeper Life Campus Fellowship, Professor Olukayode Oyediran and others.
Addressing the youths, the national youth Coordinator Dr Elias asked them
to give the program the widest publicity as there would be supernatural explosion of the power of God during the crusade
“This program is a life time opportunity and one all participants will live to remember. It will interest you to know that our General Superintendent is coming for the youths as he is set to hold a special impact academy for youths and Young Professionals on Saturday.”
“If there is a time for youths to get closer to God, this is the right time, hence, I charge you all to give the program the widest publicity.” Dr Elias said
Also speaking, the National Coordinator, Deeper Life Campus Fellowship, Professor Oyediran described the Global Crusade with Kumuyi, GCK as a program designed for this generation as it reaches out to over 180 countries across the globe with records of several miracles, signs and wonder.
According to the don , ” it is the turn of Ondo State to have a feel of God’s supernatural explosion.”
One of the participating youths, an excited Praise Adebayo said she looked forward to experiencing the supernatural touch of God at the visit of the Man of God.
“I am full of excitement when I heard that Pastor Kumuyi is visiting Ondo State again, it has always been a time of supernatural refreshing anytime he visits and I am sure this will not be an exemption, I am delighted and I cannot wait to see the man of God here again.” Adebayo added
Another youth, Emmanuel Ogundele said promised not to miss one of the highlights of the Global Crusade With Kumuyi which is the impact academy for youths.
Pastor Williams Kumuyi is billed for Ondo town on Thursday 25th August for a 6-day Global crusade tagged Triumphant Power through Christ Redemption.
He will on arrival on Wednesday 24th August pay a courtesy call on Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and the Osemawe of Ondo, Oba Victor Kiladejo
