It was a moment of joy as friends and family converged at the send forth of the retiring Deputy Director of News and Current Affairs Federal Radio Corporation Ibadan Zonal Station Mr Tunde Abiodun.
The event was held at studio one, broadcasting house Dugbe.
In a remark the Zonal Director Mrs Bolatiito Joseph said Mr Abiodun was a goal getter, hardworking and a friend that was cherished by all.
Earlier in an address of welcome, The Deputy Director News and Current Affairs Department Mr Adewumi Faniran who appreciated the management of FRCN ibadan National station for being Supportive noted that Mr Abiodun contributed immensely to the development of the department and would not be forgotten.
In an interview the celebrant, Mr Tunde Abiodun who was full of joy after 35 years of Meritorious service thank God for making him to land safely despite all forms of odds in the job.
The event witnessed presentation of gifts and attended by members of staff across south west state.
