The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu says his government will not favour any region at the detriment of others If elected as the president in 2023.
Asiwaju Tinubu stated this in Akure when he presented a document containing his manifesto to the leader of Afenifere, Pa Reuben Fasoranti.
Asiwaju Tinubu who also received the blessing and endorsement of Pa Fasoranti and other Afenifere leaders said his ambition was to turn things around for better in the country.
According to the APC Presidential Candidate, the action plan to emerge in 2023 is progressing as many governors in the north are in full support of his ambition.
In his remark, one of the Afenifere leaders, Chief Sehinde Arogbofa urged Asiwaju Tinubu to address issues of insecurity and restructuring with all seriousness.
Also speaking, Oyo state governor, Mr Seyi Makinde represented by his deputy, Adebayo Lawal promised to follow the path of Yoruba leaders to ensure Unity in the region and country at large.
Others who were at the event included governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state, Ekiti state governor, Mr Abiodun Oyebanji, chief Olu Falae, Chief Kole Omololu, Senator Iyiola Omisore, and prominent APC chieftains in Ondo state among others.
