Osun state governor, Adegboyega Oyetola has presented instrument of authority to the Ogunsua of Modadeke, Oba Joseph Toriola.
Performing the ceremony, Governor Oyetola urged the people of the Modakeke, home and abroad to support and cooperate with the monarch for overall development of the town.
The governor who congratulated indigenes of the town wished the community progress and development under the reign of the new king.
In his remark, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi noted that Ife and Modakeke were united and committed to the existing peace between the them.
Responding, the new Ogunsua, Oba Toriola expressed his readiness to work for progress and development of the town, advocating the support of all to achieve his vision.
In his words, the Oluomo of Modakeke, Alhaji Fatai Kolawole described the new Ogunsua, Oba Toriola as an experienced person with global networks, who is well versed in culture and tradition.
