Jubilation in the country home of the former accountant general (A.G) of Zamfara State as his five children regained freedom after over five months in captivity.
In a phone interview with Radio Nigeria the father of the five ladies and the former A.G of Zamfara State, Alh. Abubakar Bello Furfuri, said they were released after he paid huge amount of Ramson.
“Alhamdulillah (thanks be to Allah) my children regained freedom I’m grateful to Allah who save their lives.
“I paid huge amount of money before they (Bandits) released them” the father revealed.
According to him all the five children were in good condition of health.
He urged government and other concern authorities to renew effort to ensure safety of citizens.
Meanwhile Zamfara State governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle who rejoiced with family, congratulated the children and their family for the freedom they regained.
