The Minority Leader of Ondo State House of Assembly representing Akoko North East Constitueny; Honourable Rasheed Olalekan Elegbeleye (OSHORE) has inaugurated campaign team for ATIKU / OKOWA Presidential bid and all PDP candidates from the zone.
Inaugurating the committee today at his constituency office in Ikare, Honourabe Elegbeleye who is also the Chairman House Committee on Commerce at the assembly charged them to be aggressive in campaigning for all PDP candidates from Presidency to House of Assembly, in his admonition he said if PDP as party is back to power Nigeria, the past glory and fortune of Nigerians will be better again.
He said he so much believe in ATIKU/OKOWA ticket that if they are voted in insecurity, unemployment and economic hardship would become things of the past.
The committee members comprises of fifteen grassroot mobilisers in each ward which cut across thirteen wards in the local government.
The PDP stalwart promised that the team will be well funded with necessary campaign materials for effective campaigning till election day.
He used the avenue to intimate leaders of the party and party faithfuls his achievements so far as a member of the assembly, he said twenty-eight people have secured employment in the constituency through his personal efforts both from state and at federal level. Beneficiaries were present and they testify to the testimony.
He stressed further that 50 unemployed graduates were trained in varois technical skills through OSHORE ACQUISITION TRAINING CENTER in collaboration with Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Likewise, over 18million naira worth of empowerment both in cash and materials were provided for good people his constituency.
Many party leaders at the event charged the committee members not to leave any stone unturned by ensuring that they apply door to door campaign strategy and ensured that all units withing the local government area are covered, that victory for PDP is victory for the masses.
Closing remarks was made by Comrade Omotola, Chairman of Ilepa Ward I of Akoko North East Local Government.

Moshood Abiola Olanipekun AKA JBQ, former Akoko North East i Local Government Women Leader Regent Bisi Longe, Akoko North East Chairman of all Chairmen, Alhaji Taoheed former Deputy Chairman of Akoko North East Local Government Council, ward party chairmen, women leaders, youth leaders and party executives.
