The Ondo State Police Command has arrested a fake Medical Doctor, Mr Rabiu Olalekan, for unprofessional conduct and operating an illegal Hospital at Orita Ojo, in Odigbo local government area of the state.
Parading the suspect in Akure, the Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Oyeyemi Oyediran said Olalekan usually impersonated as the Chief Medical Doctor of Iremide Private Hospital, Orita-Ojo area in Odigbo.
The Police Commissioner said the suspect who attended School of Health Technology, Ijebu-Ode where he studied Community Health Extension and deceiving the people by performing operations and treating residents as a quack doctor.
The Police Commissioner also paraded two separate suspects, one 40year-old, Ebine Adeleke, who allegedly killed a neighbour, Surulere Ajayi as well as another 50year-old Woman Abegunde Sarah who allegedly pressed throat of an 86year-old grandmother, Agartha Dare who gave up the ghost immediately.
He said all the suspects would soon be arraigned in court prosecution.
