The Association of Nigeria refineries petroleum marketers(ANRPM) has cautioned marketers and distributors against Petroleum products diversion and trucks hijacking.
The South-West Zonal Chairman of the association, Hon iwalewa olatubosun gave the caution in a statement made available to newsmen in Akure, Ondo State capital.
Hon Iwalewa emphasized that the association stand against products adulteration, pipeline vandalism, oil theft, illegal bunkery and sundry criminal activities in the oil sector
The Association under the board of trustees (BOT) Alh.Hon Usman Bature-Ali said it will take stringent measures at ensuring that any violator will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
The South-West Zonal Chairman noted that Federal surveillance task force is on hand to ensure that no one violate government orders in the interest of the masses and the country at large.
The association saddled with Monitoring of activities of petroleum marketers and distribution chain of the downstream oil sector of the nation’s economy promised to alleviate the suffering of Nigerians as regards Petroleum products supply.
The association also vowed to check activities of oil diversion and illegality in oil sector.
