New Executives have emerged for the Nigerian Union Of Journalists NUJ Osun State Chapter.
Comrade Wasiu Ajadosu emerged as the Chairman , Comrade Adeyemi Aboderin as the Secretary, Comrade Ademola Lawal as the Treasurer, Comrade Fagbohungbe Mayowa as the Assistant Secretary and Comrade Adegboye Saheed as the Auditor.
In a remark, The Chairman, Osun NUJ Electoral NUJECO 2023, Comrade Abdulraheem Adekilekun of Osun State Broadcasting Corporation,OSBC noted that the contestants were duely screened by the National Executive of the Union and unanimously Accepted by Members of the Union.
Earlier, The National President the Nigerian Union Of Journalists, NUJ Comrade Chris Isiguzo represented by the Vice President B zone ,Mrs Ronke Samo urged Members of the NUJ Osun State Chapter to Come together and further uplift the union.
Mrs Samo described the New Executive members as dogged fighters and people with vision capable of steering the ship of the Union to greatness.
In his acceptance speech,the new Chairman, Comrade Wasiu Ajadosu of Federal Road Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN,Gold fm,Ilesa, promised to make a envy of all.
Comrade Ajadosu who appreciated leaders of the union in the State and members for their cooperation in the last last three years appealed for more support for him to succeed.
Two legal practitioners, Barrister Bukola Aderigbigbe and Oyesiku Adelu read the oath of office for the new executives.
