Property worth millions of naira have been destroyed following another fire incident at Radio Nigeria Gold FM ilesa, Osun State.
The inferno which started around half past two in the morning badly affected the transmitter hall.
It took the combined efforts of staff on night duty, who raised the alarm, and people living around the station to curtail the fire from spreading to other parts of the broadcasting house before the arrival of men of the federal fire service around half past three in the morning.
No life was lost to the inferno but the cause is yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
Radio Nigeria Gold FM, Ilesha, Osun state was gutted by fire on 3rd February, 2018.
