The Radio,Television,Theatre and Arts Workers Union of Nigeria ( RATTAWU), Ondo Council received the demise of Icon and Ace broadcaster, Deacon Olalekan Olanrewaju as a rude shock.
Until his retirement from civil service few years ago, he was an active and prominent member of our great union.
His immense contributions to the growth of RATTAWU in the state and at the national level cannot be overemphasized.
He words of advice and encouragement would be greatly missed by the Union and other media related unions in the state.
We use this medium to commiserate with his immediate family, friends and associates. We pray that God in His infinite mercy will be with them during this trying period and give them fortitude to bear the irreparable lost.
