A former spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party , PDP Presidential Campaign, Mr. Segun Showunmi says Alhaji Atiku Abubakar’s cabinet would have been very lean and fit if he was president.
Alhaji Atiku was the PDP presidential candidate who lost to President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 polls.
Mr. Showunmi, while briefing journalists in Abuja, wondered why President Tinubu chose a large cabinet at a time when the country is going through financial difficulties.
But in a Swift reaction, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC Dr. Garus Gololo described Mr. Sowunmi position as crying over spilled milk.
Dr. Gololo said the ministers chosen by President Bola Tinubu were men and women of immense experience and competence who would reposition the country.
He advised the PDP to stop being bad losers.
