The communities constituting Owo Northwest Local Council Development Authority, LCDA have expressed appreciation to Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, CON on his assent to the creation of the LCDAs.

The All Progressives Congress, APC Party Chairman in Uso/Emure-Ile Ward, Prince Bankole Adeyefa in a statement made available to newsmen described the new LCDAs as a welcome development.

Prince Adeyefa who acknowledged the significant relationship of his mentor, Late High Chief Idowu Ogunrinbokun, popularly known as Awo with Governor Akeredolu said the gesture would bring governance closer to the people and development to the grassroots.

The Uso/Emure-Ile Ward Chairman appreciated Governor Akeredolu for the bold step at fulfilling his electioneering promises.

He expressed that the people of Emure-Ile, Uso and other communities making up the new LCDA would remain committed to the development agenda of Arakunrin Akeredolu for Ondo State.

Prince Bankole Adeyefa also conveyed the acceptability of the new LCDA by APC members in Uso/Emure-Ile Ward.

He added that the people are also glad to welcome Governor Akeredolu back from his medical leave abroad and wish him well in all his endeavours.
