The Iralepo of Isinkan in Akure West LCDA of Ondo State, Oba (Barrister) Oluwagbemiga Ajimokunola Olofin-Adimula (Arulewolasi III) has urged Christian faithful to imbibe the spirit of love, peace and forgiveness taught by Jesus Christ.

In his Christmas message, the Iralepo charged Nigerians to reach out to the needy among them, in demonstration of the “abounding love” which, according to the monarch, is the bedrock of the special occasion being celebrated.

“As we do take time to celebrate with our families and loved ones, I implore you to reach out to your neighbours, especially those who haven’t had it as easy through the year.”

He described the season as a moment for celebrating love and unity, urging all faithful to extend same to one another irrespective of their religious affiliations.

“There is no greater gift and honour you can give to Jesus Christ other than exhibition of forgiving spirit, display of love and ensurance of absolute peace because these are what the lord Jesus symbolises.”

“We all must see ourselves as equal before the almighty God who purposefully created us with different cultural backgrounds.

The Royal father specifically urged the people of Ondo State to further extend the love to the Governor of Ondo State by continually praying for him.

“Here’s wishing you the people of Ondo State, especially sons and daughters of Isinkan kingdom a Merry Christmas and a joyous new year.”, The Iralepo stated.
