Some miscreants have snatched the ballot box at Oyinmo Ward 13 unit 5, Ikare, Akoko NorthEast Local Government Area of Ondo State during the ongoing by-election.
An eyewitness who wanted anonymity said about sixty three people already cast their votes out of four hundred and seven on the voter register before the incident.
The security officer attached could not apprehend the miscreants who disrupted the exercise and made away with the box.
There was also an attempt to snatch in unit 6 but was quickly checked by alert security personnel.
