It was a joyful moment for pregnant and nursing mothers at Afin Akoko where kilbra Islamic propagation centre organized its 31st annual babies award .
The Director of the organization, Alhaji Ibrahim Kilani donated some gifts to some pregnant and nursing mothers using Afin government health center.
Alhaji Kilani encouraged the mothers to ensure that their babiy were give exclusive breast feeding to safeguard their health.
The deputy coordinator of primary health agency in Akoko northwest local government area , Mr Foluso commended Kilbra organisation for the annual gesture which had contributed to increase in patronage of the government health center.
The Officer in charge of Afin basic health centre , mrs Modupe Olowoyeye also urged pregnant women in the area to register in the primary health centre and benefit from the donation .
During the ceremony, awards were also presented to chief Mrs Victoria Smart and chief Tayo Origbemisoye for their support to the annual programe.
