A retired high court judge in the Ondo state judiciary, Justice Oluwole Fagbe is dead.
One of his childhood friends, Chief Sanya Oyinsan confirmed the passing of the prominent jurist to Positive FM.
According to him, retired Justice Fagbe died Saturday morning at the Obafemi Awolowo Teaching Hospital Ile-Ife, Osun State.
He was aged 80yrs.
A native of Ijare in Ifedore local government area of Ondo state, Justice Fagbe held many positions while in the service of Ondo state including Solicitor-General and permanent secretary, Ondo state Ministry of Justice.
He is survived by many children and grandchildren having lost his wife some years ago.
