The meeting between President Bola Tinubu and the leadership of the organised labour has ended with no clarity on the issues discussed.
After an hour’s meeting with President Tinubu, the President of NLC, Mr. Joe Ajaero, told newsmen that they did not discuss ‘Naira and Kobo’.
On whether the meeting has made them shift from their demand of 260 thousand Naira as National Minimum Wage, he said that issue would be discussed when they would meet with President Tinubu next week.
Also briefing newsmen, the President of the TUC, Mr. Festus Osifo, said the organised labour only went to President Tinubu to complain about the suffering Nigerians were going through.
The Minister of State for Labour, Nkiruka Onyejeocha, who led the leadership of Labour to the meeting, said issues discussed were beneficial to both parties.
